What You’ll Be Doing: 
  • Conduct financial forecasting, reporting, and track operational metrics.
  • Analyze financial data and construct financial models to support decision-making.
  • Prepare reports on financial performance for regular leadership reviews.
  • Review past results, conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
  • Assess financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Lead the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Offer analysis of trends and forecasts, recommending optimization actions.
  • Recommend actions based on data analysis and interpretation, including studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
  • Drive process enhancements, such as creating standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
  • Enhance productivity through the development of automated reporting and forecasting tools.
  • Conduct market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comparisons.
  • Maintain a solid foundation in financial analysis by creating forecasts and models.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is typically required for financial analyst roles; familiarity with data query and management tools such as Access, SQL, and Business Objects is highly beneficial.


What You Bring to the table: 
  • 3-5+ years of business finance or other relevant experience
  • High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
  • Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
  • Strong analytical and data gathering skills
  • Financial modeling: 3 years (Required)
  • Financial analysis: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)
  • Financial report writing: 3 years (Required)
  • Financial planning: 3 years (Required)
