Position Overview:
As the Reimbursement Manager, you'll oversee intake and reimbursement operations within our department, ensuring smooth processes, optimal productivity, and exceptional financial results. Are you ready to lead a talented team and develop innovative strategies to achieve our goals?

Strategic Management:
Are you excited about leading and managing intake and reimbursement teams on a day-to-day basis? In this role, you'll monitor key performance indicators to enhance service levels, optimize cash flow, and minimize bad debt. Financial Oversight:
Are you experienced in financial audits and reporting? As the Reimbursement Manager, you'll oversee quarterly and annual financial audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Are you ready to complete projects and reports in a timely fashion to support the direction of our Reimbursement Director?

Process Improvement and Innovation:
Do you thrive on identifying opportunities for improvement and leveraging technology? Qualifications:
Are you ready to join us? To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field OR 7 years of management-level experience in healthcare.
  • Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and web-enabled applications strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance billing requirements preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to maintain open lines of communication.
