Responsibilities

• 
  

  Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements for payroll laws, tax and withholding

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with HR and Accounting to resolve payroll discrepancies

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review

  
  


• 
  

  Be point of contact for addressing employee questions regarding pay, deductions and tax withholding

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  1–3 years of payroll processing for accounting or HR

  
  


• 
  

  Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of payroll systems like Workday, and strong Excel software skills. 

  
  


• 
  

  High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
