Electrical Estimator - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Estimator with 6-10 years of experience in the Construction industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical estimating, possess excellent analytical skills, and be proficient in industry-standard software.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate electrical cost estimates for projects based on drawings, specifications, and other documentation.


• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and constraints.


• Analyze project scope and identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities.


• Review subcontractor bids and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of electrical materials, labor rates, and industry trends.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.


• Continuously improve estimating processes and database management.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of proven experience as an Electrical Estimator.


• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and construction methods.


• Proficiency in C and estimating software tools relevant to the electrical industry.


• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
