Description: | We are partnered with a client in the construction industry to search for an outstanding Permit Coordinator to join their team onsite in the office in the Deerfield/Pompano Beach area.

In this role you will be assisting the permitting process end-to-end by scheduling inspections, reviewing, issuing, and ensuring that all approvals, permits, licenses and zoning application are complete and accurate in accordance to local/state/federal regualations.
We are looking for Permit Coordinator candidate with:
- knowledge and experience in all areas of the permitting process, including local, state and federal regulations
- experience working with permits or in a construction office
- Bachelor's or Associates Degree preferred
- Familiar with GIS mapping software
- Profient with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
Full time, 8-4:30 in office, $28-33/hr and opportunity to earn discretionary bonuses.
