This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in leading a high-volume, pharmaceutical drug manufacturing plant to join this company.
The Plant Manager we are seeking has:

a Bachelor's Degree
-
at least 15 years of manufacturing experience with high volume production operations in GMP manufacturing environment
-
leadership experience in generic drug manufacturing and soft gelatin capsule manufacturing experience
-
a strong understanding of operational discipline and cGMPs enforced by the FDA
-
experience with new facility start-ups and process technology transfers
-
experience with both clinical and commercial manufacturing
The Plant Manager will be responsible for:

setting manufacturing and operation strategic direction

motivating the staff and organization to meet safety, quality, cost and delivery requirements, and to consistently exceed performance metrics and key results

fostering an environment of continuous improvement and leading the implementation of lean initiatives

creating a positive and a high performing culture that consistently exceeds performance metrics and key results

leading new product, process and technology implementation initiatives while tightly managing project spend on capital and expense budgets
