**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and expand existing customer accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and other forms of outreach.
- Engage with customers daily to promote and sell heavy equipment, ensuring you meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Accurately track and document all sales interactions, including calls, quotes, and meetings.
- Demonstrate expertise in the features, benefits, and attachments of all equipment and parts available for sale or rent.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to leverage sales opportunities and provide customers with informed insights.
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries at any time to foster trust and reliability in your relationships.
- Participate in industry-specific sales training and attend relevant trade shows as needed.

**Qualifications**:
- Experience in the heavy equipment industry.
- Proven track record in heavy equipment sales or related industries.
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet with customers in the territory.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate various models of heavy equipment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
