Experience managing Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae loans
Description:o Set strategic departmental goals while managing and guiding the team to reach the goals while communicating progress accordingly.
o Manage 3rd party relationships, continually assessing service levels and ensuring systems are used in the most effective manner.
o Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Whole Loan Investors and secondary market counterparties.
o Ensure accurate and timely reporting and remittance.
o Review monthly servicing results and implement needed changes to ensure process meets investor and company requirements.
o Oversee loan default functions to include collections, loss mitigation, foreclosure, property preservation, bankruptcy, and REO.
o Provide staff development on products/services, regulatory compliance, policies/procedures as well as service excellence techniques. Monitor productivity, accuracy, and overall job performance for staffing efficiencies.
o Partner cross-functionally with other departments including but not limited to Sales, Accounting/Finance, Capital Markets, Operations, Construction Management to provide support and a consistent employee and customer experience.
o Oversee the preparation for rating agencies, internal audits, and independent third-party audits for the entire loan portfolio.
o Manage varying levels of staff through the development of skills, performance management and coaching
