• Current knowledge and understanding of GSE/FHA/VA/USDA/CFPB compliance regulations

- Create industry leading processes and controls that prevent non-compliance issues, provides consistent customer experience and drives operational efficiencies
- Work with Operational Risk to identify and mitigate risk and establish quality assurance process
- Build a high performing team with alignment to the department vision, focusing on team member care and development, clear communication, talent management, and frequent recognition
- Ensure that all Cashiering, Reconciliation and Cash Management functions performed follow company, regulatory, Legal, and investor guidelines
- Ensure the timely posting and deposit of all funds received both internally and externally
- Oversee the processing of all wire transfers and check disbursements
- Ensure the timely reconciliation of all cash accounts and custodial accounts
- Ensure the clearing of reconciling items in a timely manner within company and investor guidelines
- Manage vendor relationships, including lockbox
- Ensure that proper internal controls exist and are applied consistently to prevent potential fraud and misallocation of funds
- Maintain compliance with general audit risk assessments and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
- Interface with internal departments to ensure satisfaction
- Provide leadership to Cashiering, Reconciliation and Cash Management departments, ensuring performance standards are maintained, while providing coaching.
