Primary Skills


This role has the primary responsibility for the management of Business Operations for the Corporate Development organization. This individual will work closely with Corporate Development leadership and functions to ensure clear business planning and business performance management.

• Partner with Corporate Development leaders and business units to facilitate the alignment, setting, and measure of Corporate Development functional goals

• Development and report key performance index (KPI) and performance targets, including productivity measures

• Develop and maintain the process, systems, and tools for project tracking and portfolio reporting

• Prepare and provide progress reporting and performance management results related to budgets

• Integrate resource capacity planning by developing and maintaining resource models, forecasts, and actuals across Corporate Development

• Utilize strong business analysis skills to collect, organize, mine, digest, synthesize, and present relevant business information and intelligence to enable sound decision-making
