The Tools team is responsible for creating a standardized infrastructure for building and deploying large-scale mission critical systems. This includes customizing the development and build environments for UI, business logic libraries, and SOA services, as well as the definition and development of a toolset for system configuration, privileging, release management, and dependency management in an effort to ensure systems are deployed in a safe, structured, and accountable fashion.
