• Executive Leadership
• Financial Strategy, Planning & Analysis
• Accounting, Reporting & Controls
• Revenue Cycle Management, Cash Flow & Reimbursement
• Create scalable systems and assist with growth

What you will do:
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and financial partner to Founder
• Budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and financial modeling
• Oversee month end close and financials
• Revenue & reimbursement oversight and analysis
• Develop scalable processes to aid in expansion
• Build a high performing accounting and finance team
What you will have:
• B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or related
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Prior healthcare experience (or other reimbursement driven industry)
• Experience working with an entrepreneurial or early stage growth company
• The ability to work hands-on and strategically
• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with prior Sr. Leadership experience
