Our Clients Technologies is looking for a Practice Managers – BPO with the following experience/skills (12+ years total experience):
•Demonstrated ability and maturity to sell and build relationships with C-Level executives (Shared Services Executives, CFO, CPO and HR divisions)
•Experience in generating demand / pipeline and establish client contacts on a proactive basis inside and out of existing accounts.
•BPO related experience in one, or more, of the following industries: Retail, Manufacturing, Transportation, Telecom , Service Provider, M&E, E&U, Technology.
•Experience and strong understanding of BPO services including Contact Center, Help Desk , other voice and non-voice / back-office (cross portfolio) based processing.
•Experience with F&A, HRO, SCM, KPO, Industry Specific Biz Processes and transformation through BPO Shared Services.
•Experience in driving and leading cross-functional teams remotely – excellent communication, organization, and project management skills required.
•Experience in consultative solutioning, pricing and selling of Voice and non-Voice BPO Services to C-Level executives.
•Revenue targets for bookings and billings adaptability
•Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen quality approaches
•Experience in working with offshore (e.g. India-based) service providers and multiple-timezones
Roles and responsibilities
•Biz Dev (demand generation and pipeline) and driving new order bookings for BPO Service Line
•Lead RFx process, soln. presentations & client workshops
•Solutioning, pricing and selling cross portfolio of BPO services outlined above by leveraging onsite-offshore model
•Identify & drive pricing models in opportunities.
•Independently develop and lead / driving client engagements and account / sales plans.
•Evangelizing BPO value proposition and building relationships with C-Level executives
•Executive reporting (MBR/QBR) internally and to the customer
•Individual contributor and leadership role
